don't think a cinema will be built on or around
this site as there are too many people looking out
for themselves....are the residents not aware of
the noise from the docks...??? a modern cinema will
not give out any sort of noise...stop with the funny
handshakes and let a cinema bring much needed footfall
to the area....the big white elephant could do with
some more visitors!!!
